First mask dance of nepal

Nepal is one of the historical country. Most of people are from hindu religion. According to the history of Nepal, the mask dance of goddess Harsiddhi is the "First Mask Dance" of Nepal. Many more people from different sites want to knew about this dance came to see how it was played. Everyone was satisfied and still dance is very fantastic. Now a days it has been famous in world wide so from different also people cam to learn about our cultural heritage. The dance cannot played single without combination of music instrument as well as songs so the combination of music with different instruments and the vocal with songs are played. At the ancient time dance was performed three month regularly The people were not interested to watch such a long period dance and the value of it was going decreasing. So that the dance is completed within a day accumulating the main events of the dance. Now-a-days, the dance is performed two times in a year. First is at the time of "Yomari Purnima" and the 2nd is at "Holy Purnima". This time is the main festival of the local people and their closer friends and relatives are invited as guest. Also half period of dance is performed at dashain. This dance are held in lachi which is main place of harisiddhi as like dabu.
